Lily Chen

Dr. Lily (Lidong) Chen is a mathematician and a NIST fellow. Her research interests include cryptography, network security, and security in communications. Dr. Chen served as the manager of Cryptographic Technology Group in Computer Security Division, NIST from 2012 to 2023. Besides NIST cryptographic standards, Dr. Chen has actively contributed to cryptography and security standards developed in various organizations.
