REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The International Cryptographic Module Conference (“ICMC”) is scheduled to take place at the location and dates indicated at https://icmconference.org. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Cnxtd Event Media Corp. (“ICMC Organizer”) and registrant. All written notice and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, shall be sent to ICMC Organizer at [email protected] or ICMC, 421 Seventh Ave. #709, New York, NY 10001

CANCELLATION POLICY

All fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available for cancellations after 21 days prior to the start of the conference. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

In the event that you cancel this Agreement, ICMC Organizer shall refund to you the remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Please see the Substitution Policy below for details. If you do not attend the ICMC and did not cancel your registration but have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail.

BADGE CONTROL

ICMC-issued credentials are the sole property of the ICMC Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to ICMC and/or ICMC Organizer representatives. ICMC-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the ICMC or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the conference and/or banning them from future entrance into the conference. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of ICMC Organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the conference through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

ICMC is held in a public space, therefore ICMC Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some ICMC activities. ICMC reserves the right to use images taken at the ICMC with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

BADGE SCANNING

You may be asked to scan your badge either at exhibit booths and/or session rooms. Please note scanning of your badge is optional. When your badge is scanned by exhibitors and/or sponsors during ICMC, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.

SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at ICMC. ICMC Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from ICMC who is reported to be soliciting in the conference and who is not a ICMC sponsor or exhibitor. ICMC Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. ICMC Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

DRONES

The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue. UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

ADMITTANCE

In its sole discretion and without refund, ICMC Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the ICMC anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the ICMC or any other attendee.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

To request that ICMC Organizer remove your name from future print mailings, send a written request, specifying the name, company name and address you are requesting to have removed from the mailing list, to:

ICMC
421 Seventh Ave. #709, New York, NY 10001

The views expressed by any ICMC attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of ICMC. All ICMC attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

FORCE MAJEURE

ICMC Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of ICMC Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, ICMC Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of ICMC Organizer. In the event ICMC cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, ICMC Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. ICMC Organizer will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
