“Pop-up” style backdrops are permitted. Complete information regarding shipping, drayage, setup, AV, electrical, IT and AV equipment services is included in the Sponsor Services kit. Once you click the link you will be taken to the exhibitor portal for Alliance Nationwide Exposition. Each exhibitor will need to log in to access the exhibitor kit. Shipping to the Event

If you are shipping materials to the attention of Show Management (welcome packet inserts, items for distribution), follow the shipping instructions in the Sponsor Service Kit, mark packages “ATTENTION SHOW MANAGEMENT”, and submit the form at this link: Sponsor Shipping Information.

Lead Retrieval is free using your mobile device: Conference badges include a QR code with the contact name, title, company, email, and phone data. Use any device QR code scanning app to retrieve complete contact information. In many cases, a photo app will download this data. Alternative many free QR code scanning apps are available.
