“Pop-up” style backdrops are permitted. Complete information regarding shipping, drayage, setup, AV, electrical, IT and AV equipment services is included in the Sponsor Services kit. Once you click the link you will be taken to the exhibitor portal for Alliance Nationwide Exposition. Each exhibitor will need to log in to access the exhibitor kit. Shipping to the Event
Complete information regarding shipping booth materials to the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton is in the Exhibitor Service materials at the link above (coming soon). If you are shipping materials to the attention of Show Management (welcome packet inserts, items for distribution), follow the shipping instructions in the Sponsor Service Kit, mark packages “ATTENTION SHOW MANAGEMENT”, and submit the form at this link.
Include on each package: Your Contact Name, “ICMC, 18-20, September, 2024”, # of how many total packages (e.g. 2/4)
Important Notes: Packages should not arrive prior to September 12, 2024.
