Second Round Candidates in NIST PQC Standardization (Q11b)
After about one-year analysis and evaluation on the first-round candidates, NIST announced the second-round candidates in January 2019. In this presentation, we will provide a summary on the second-round candidates and highlight some of the characteristics among the selected candidates. We will brief the next step tasks and point where the cryptographic module testing community can contribute to the NIST process.
