PQC and Key Blocks in Payment Security Standards (Q22b)
ANSI X9 and ISO are developing standards that will transform key management and key block validation practices. This talk provides updates on these standards, addressing topics such as the transportation of PQC keys in X9.143 key blocks, the use of PQC for transmitting keys to secure payment devices, and criteria for evaluating proprietary key blocks.
