Biography
Richard Kisley is a Senior Technical Staff Member with IBM focused on Hardware Security Modul (HSM) development. Richard is the IBM contact to ASC X9 (X9.org), convenor of ISO TC68 SC2 WG11 and member of WG13 focused on security in retail banking. Richard is the IBM PO contact to PCI SSC (2017-), and the primary IBM representative elected to the PCI SSC Board of Advisors.
