William Santiago

William Santiago-fernandez is the Hardware Security Module (HSM) Hardware Architect at IBM Systems in Poughkeepsie New York. His focus is in the development of HSMs including Security Standards Compliance as well as ASIC and packaging development. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus as well as a M.E. in Computer and Systems Engineering from RPI.
