Biography
Dr. Shai Halevi is a Principal Researcher at IBM, focusing on advanced cryptographic techniques such as homomorphic encryption (and others). He is the main developer of the open-source HElib library for homomorphic encryption. Shai is an IACR fellow, served as program chair for several conferences, and is the recipient of the 2017 ACM-SIGSAC Outstanding Innovation Award, IBM Pat Goldberg best-paper awards in 2004, 2012, 2013, and Eurocrypt 2013 best-paper award.,
