Biography
Kailai Chen, MBA, CISM, assumes the role of the CCCS CMVP Program Manager. He has worked at the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) since 2005. Prior to joining the CSE, he worked in high-tech enterprises in the domain of computer networking.
