Biography
Guido Bertoni obtained a Dr. Eng and PhD from Politecnico di Milano in 1999 and 2004. He worked in STMicroelectronics from 2003 to 2017, covering the role of Security & Cryptography Principal Engineer. In 2017 he founded Security Pattern together with Filippo Melzani. His research interests are cryptographic algorithms, attacks and implementations. Since 2006 he collaborates with Joan Daemen, Michael Peeters and Gilles Van Assche developing RadioGatún, Keccak (a.k.a. SHA-3) and other algorithms.
