Updates from the Open Quantum Safe Project (Q32a)
The Open Quantum Safe (OQS) open-source project supports the development and prototyping of quantum-safe, or post-quantum cryptography. In this talk, I’ll give an overview of the various OQS projects (including the main liboqs cryptographic library and the quantum-safe forks of OpenSSL, OpenSSH, boringssl). I’ll focus on last year’s “NIST round 3” scheme updates, engineering improvements, and new interop test server and performance portal.
