RSA Will Fall, How Do We Get Back Up? (Q11a)
Cryptographic modules and techniques will have to adapt to a Post Quantum world. Many of the algorithms and structures we take for granted will no longer be secure. In this presentation we will discuss some of these changes such as removal of the hash-then-sign modes from the new PQ primitives, our IETF work on hybrid formats for security and migration use-cases, and the current state of interoperability testing between different PQ cryptographic modules.
