PQC Transition for Integrated Secure Elements (Q22c)
The PQC transition has been set in motion under the CNSA 2.0 roadmap, with the first steps focused on firmware (FW) and software (SW) digital signature management. This talk shares insights from real-world use cases, emphasizing the importance of consistency in implementing PQC transitions. Key points include the need for complete provisioning chain transitions, industry trends favoring hybrid solutions for backward compatibility, and addressing provisioning vulnerabilities to ensure robust PQC integration.
