A Modern Approach to HSM Form Factors (U23c)
The architecture and infrastructure that underpins our digital economy has evolved significantly in the last 20 years. However the form factors of hardware security modules have not kept pace with these innovations. The next generation of HSM form factors need to be flexible in where they are deployed from the cloud to the edge, need to scale up and down elastically and seamlessly to meet demand, and they need to allow for densification in their deployment to make better use of valuable rack space. This talk will explore new form factors beyond PCIe cards and network attached HSMs to meet these modern demands.
