Yasir Emre Bulut

Yasir Emre Bulut is the Director of OKTEM Laboratory, where he leads advanced security evaluations and certification processes for critical technology ecosystems. He oversees the comprehensive testing and validation of Turkey’s payment systems, IoT devices, smart cards, and hardware modules, ensuring their compliance with rigorous international standards. Specializing in Common Criteria and ISO/IEC 19790 Cryptographic Module Tests, Mr. Bulut focuses on the security of hardware and software components while currently advancing his research as a PhD candidate in artificial intelligence and data analysis.
