Steve Ratcliffe

Steve worked for 20 years as a Cryptographic Technician Technical, specializing in Electronic Intelligence/ELINT in the US Navy. Afterwards moving into the civilian world of cryptography working with FIPS as a Lab Manager for then ICSA Labs in 2006 and now in the commercial side with Cisco Systems. So he has been working with FIPS for close to 24 years.
