Open-Source Homomorphic Encryption: Making It Real (G31b)
This talk covers lessons learned and insights from 15 years of making Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) real. The speakers will cover the basic premise of FHE and the earliest promise of the Homomorphic Encryption. The speakers will discuss the adoption of international standards and acceptance by government policy as an acceptable secure data collaboration technology. The speakers will discuss insights from building open-source community around the OpenFHE software library, and commercial vendor engagements that build products around open-source FHE. The speakers will spend extensive time cover use cases and real-world applications of open-source and commercial FHE products, both software and hardware implementations.
