Biography
Mr. Guo is a principal engineer with Ultra Electronics, 3eTI. He brings the company and customers more than 20 years of experience in software/hardware, wireless and communication security. He has particular expertise in engineering for secure wireless and industrial cybersecurity products. He is responsible for engineering secure design and implementation functionalities for 3eTI product certifications that include NIST FIPS 140-2 and NIAP/NSA’s Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation. Mr. Guo holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
