Biography
With over two decade’s experience in both the security and identity management fields. Tony has worked with both state and federal government departments on integration of security technology and public key infrastructure. He has experience in evaluation of multi-million dollar procurement contracts and in the establishment and operation of policy authorities for public key infrastructure for million-plus smartcard token rollouts. Tony is a regular presenter to various audiences on interoperable encryption key management and cryptographic API standardization, drawing significant experience from his many years as co-chair and specification co-editor for the OASIS KMIP, PKCS#11 and SAM Technical committees.
